How to read this page
This page is maintained by CarsApexDrive to answer common security and privacy questions about CarsApexDrive. It explains current app-visible practices and shared responsibilities; it is not a legal document, compliance certification, or independent audit.
Contact submissions
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional subject, and message so the site owner can respond to feedback, corrections, or partnership requests.
Browser-session reviews
The current reviews page keeps submitted review drafts in the visitor's browser session only. It does not publish those reviews to a shared database today.
Automotive data lookups
Some interactive tools may send selected vehicle make, model, trim, or year to automotive data providers or the app's AI-assisted spec lookup to return car information.
Access and authentication
Most CarsApexDrive content is intentionally public. Visitors can optionally create a free account (email or Google sign-in) to chat with the Car Advisor and save conversations. Advisor chats are stored in the site's database, are private to the account that created them, are never shown on public pages, and can be deleted by their owner.
Data collection and use
CarsApexDrive uses submitted information for the feature where it was entered: replying to contact messages, rendering car research results, or keeping a local review visible during the current browser session.
Cookies and analytics
CarsApexDrive uses Google Analytics across its pages to measure visits and traffic sources. Google may process device and browser information, approximate location, and analytics cookie identifiers. We do not intentionally send chat messages, account details, or contact-form contents to Google Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. Platform-level logs also help operate, debug, and secure the site.
Retention and deletion
Browser-session reviews are temporary on the visitor's device. For contact or privacy requests, use the contact page and include enough detail for the site owner to find the relevant submission.
Security contact and vulnerability reporting
To report a security concern, privacy request, correction, or suspected vulnerability, contact CarsApexDrive through the public contact page. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is needed for the request.
