How to read this page
This page is maintained by CarsApexDrives to answer common security and privacy questions about CarsApexDrives. It explains current app-visible practices and shared responsibilities; it is not a legal document, compliance certification, or independent audit.
Contact submissions
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional subject, and message so the site owner can respond to feedback, corrections, or partnership requests.
Browser-session reviews
The current reviews page keeps submitted review drafts in the visitor's browser session only. It does not publish those reviews to a shared database today.
Automotive data lookups
Some interactive tools may send selected vehicle make, model, trim, or year to automotive data providers or the app's AI-assisted spec lookup to return car information.
Access and authentication
Most CarsApexDrives content is intentionally public. If account-based features are added later, they should use server-side authorization and private user records should not be exposed through public pages.
Platform and hosting context
This page is app-owned editable content. CarsApexDrives may rely on Lovable platform features for hosting, backend, and security controls, but this page is not a certification, audit report, or independent verification by Lovable.
Data collection and use
CarsApexDrives uses submitted information for the feature where it was entered: replying to contact messages, rendering car research results, or keeping a local review visible during the current browser session.
Subprocessors and integrations
The app can use Lovable platform services, public automotive data sources, and AI-assisted car-spec services. External services are used to operate the website and return automotive information requested by visitors.
Cookies and analytics
CarsApexDrives does not intentionally add third-party analytics scripts in the current app code. Platform-level logs may still be used to operate, debug, and secure the site.
Retention and deletion
Browser-session reviews are temporary on the visitor's device. For contact or privacy requests, use the contact page and include enough detail for the site owner to find the relevant submission.
Security contact and vulnerability reporting
To report a security concern, privacy request, correction, or suspected vulnerability, contact CarsApexDrives through the public contact page. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is needed for the request.
